Shipping


Those interested in my products should know I am based out of the US.
  • Any item marked with [Preorder] is currently in a preorder period and thus will not ship out until after the end of manufacturing and production period for said product. 
  • All products marked with [Preorder] will have the day that this sale ends and becomes unavailable within its description. 


Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

I aim to minimize damage to my packages but I cannot control conditions during transit. 

If physical goods are damaged on arrival, I may be able to offer replacements depending on leftover stock. However, buyers will have to cover the additional shipping fee. 

I unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.

I am not liable for damages that occur after goods have been removed from their packaging.


Should the mail service be unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information, I am not liable for the undelivered/misdelivered package and will unfortunately be unable to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

If you are interested in cancelling, exchaning, refunding, or correcting information on the order, please ensure that you:

  • Email me with this request before your package is shipped out.
  • Provide me with your Order Number and the name assigned to the order.
  • Ensure that the item you wish to exchange for is of equal or greater monetary value to the original item.
  • Explain what information you would like corrected.
If the product you wish to cancel has not shipped out, I can cancel for you and refund accordingly.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after the package has already shipped.
